Industrial Relations Officer :

• Responsibility:
  1. Gives Warning Letter to the process of layoffs
  2. Resolve a number of industrial disputes from the consultation process until the court
  3. Take care of the permits related to employment including the maintenance of rule-making companies
• Qualification
  1. Age max. 35 years
  2. Education min. S1 majoring in Law
  3. Min. 1 years working experience in HR Industrial Relations and overcome the problems experienced in the Industrial Relations and Employment
  4. Mastering and understanding the Indonesian Labor Law
  5. Independent, thorough, and have good industrial communication skills
  6. Mentally strong and able to work under pressure
  7. Ability to work individually and in teams

Site Supervisor :

• Responsibility:
  1. Supervise the process of working on Site/Project
  2. Creating a work report submitted to the administration of the project
• Qualification
  1. Education min. senior high school graduates equal
  2. Ready to be placed in the work area or PT MEG’s project area

Administration of Fuel & Oil :

• Responsibility:
  1. Keep records and data collection of Fuel & Oil usage at Site/Project
  2. Periodically creating acceptance, usage, and stock of Fuel & Oil reports to Headquarters
  3. Providing advice and ideas related to the findings in the utilization of Fuel and Oil in the project
• Qualification
  1. Age max. 27 years
  2. Education min. senior high school equal
  3. Mastering computer program Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
  4. Fresh Graduate are welcome
  5. Ability to work individually and in teams
  6. Ready to be placed in the work area or PT MEG’s project area

Oil Man:

• Job Descriptions:
  1. Conduct and ensure the delivery of fuel oil and diesel to the destination
  2. Conduct and ensure the amounts recorded equal to the amount of fuel oil or diesel were delivered
  3. Monitor and provide information related to operation of the Unit, which later will affect the use of fuel oil and diesel
• Qualification:
  1. Having a healthy body both physically and mentally
  2. Honest
  3. Min. junior high school graduates
  4. Ready to be placed in the work area or PT MEG’s project area

Driver :

• Responsibility:
  1. Ensuring vehicle’s condition is ready to use before driving
  2. Doing the work process of delivery or transporting goods in accordance with the instruction given by the company
  3. Reporting vehicle condition to superiors or Site Manager, if it finds irregularities in the vehicle
• Qualification
  1. Having min. B1 general driving license, will be priorities if has a B2 general driving license
  2. having experience as a driver min. 2 years
  3. Ever drive a dump truck vehicle will be taken into consideration
  4. Age range 30 to 45 years
  5. Having a healthy body both physically and mentally
  6. Honest and work according to rules
  7. Ready to be placed in the work area or PT MEG’s project area
